In-store Breakage Policy:

Dear valued customer:

Please keep in mind that ceramic firing is a very complicated process and is not an exact science. Sometimes (thank God, very rarely!), pieces come out of our oven with cracks, chips and imperfections that could not have been forseen or prevented.

We understand how frustrating it can be to hear that the piece you worked so hard on is flawed or broken.  So we truly apologize in advance if this happens to you. Please read on for our breakage policy.

Sincerily, Keramikli Staff!

• Any item broken by the custumer in the studio will be charged in full to the customer

• Any item damaged or broken at any point in the firing process will be replaced with store credit in the amount of the broken item, plus an extra 10% off discount applicable to everyone in your group on your next visit.

• No cash refunds. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of keramikli staff.

• Any items broken after the custumer has taken the items home are soley the responsibility of the client.

• Any items accidentaly broken in the studio after the second reminder call for pick-up, will not be credited back to customer.
