Cancellation Policy

Please note that reservations are only needed for Chanukah, Chol Hamoeds and Isru Chags. 🎨All reservations are in 1hr and 45min increments that start on the houras shown in the calendar, no exceptions. 🎨Reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the hour at which point the spaces will be released for others. 🎨Please arrive 5 minutes before your start-time to check in. 🎨As a courtesy, if you need to cancel, please let us know 24 hoursl in advance. 🎨Keep checking periodically for cancellationsif you missed out on your desired date and time. 🎨Because of high demand and limited space, there is a minimum charge of 75nis per person (not collectively) wether they are painting or not. 🎨If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or don't show up to your booking, you will be charged 50 nis per person the reservation was for.
