Store Policy and
Pick-up Information

In-store Breakage Policy:

  • Any item broken by the custumer in the studio will be charged in full to the customer

  • Any item damaged or broken by Keramikli staff at any point in the firing process will be replaced with identical item or store credit in the amount of the broken item.

  • No cash refunds

  • Any items broken after the custumer has taken the items home are not the responsibility of Keramikli

Firing and Pick-up Information

  • ·         Usual firing turn-around time is 3 weeks (if you would like more info on why it can take this long, just ask. We’ll be happy to explain our process.

  • ·         If you need something back sooner for a very special reason, we will TRY to accommodate you, but no guarantees!

  • ·         During the summer, holidays and chol chamoed the turn-around can take up to six weeks due to increased volume.  We thank you for your patience!

  • ·         Once your items are fired and packed, we will contact you by phone and/or WhatsApp

  • ·         In the event you don't pick up within two weeks, you will receive a reminder call or WhatsApp message

  • ·         Any items not picked up within one week from second reminder will be discarded!
