PLEASE NOTE: Your items need to be fired in our kiln after painting.

It normally takes two to three weeks to fire your items.

HOWEVER, during high-traffic periods like summer, chol ha'moed or holidays,

the turnover time can increase to 4 to 6 weeks depending on volume.

We make every effort to return your items back to you

as soon as is possible after your visit.

We thank you for your patience.
